We will ship all orders for stocked items that are received before 2:00 pm PST on the day of order. Orders for stocked items received after 2:00 PM PST on the day of order will ship the following business day. Back ordered items awill be shipped as soon as they arrive in our stock. We usually use UPS Ground for shipping, and typically, deliveries take between 3 to 6 business days from the day of shipment. Upon shipment, an email notification from UPS with tracking information will be sent to the customer’s registered email address. It is crucial to ensure you provide a valid email address when placing your order and remember to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive these emails within expected timelines.
Please note that if you are outside the US, warehouse processing and packing actions may be required. These can take 1-2 business days. As a general guideline, we can ship outside the US via DHL or UPS for orders below $2,500 (you may incur export/import charges depending on customs regulations in your country). For orders above $2,500, you will need a freight forwarder for delivery to your country and will be responsible for any additional export/import charges.
We offer Free Ground Shipping for some of our customers. However, please note that there are some exceptions to this policy. Free shipping does not apply on motors/engines/axles/transmissions/hydraulic pumps and all items over 24 inches length and or 35 lb in weight and or that have a packing volume greater than 1 cubic feet.

You cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and accepted.
Carriers retain tracking information only between 30 and 60 days. So please make sure to contact us within 30 days post-shipment if you want details about your shipping record.
